Processing & handling
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Lyophilized peptides are shipped as a stable powder and are unaffected by short transit windows at ambient temperature. Vials are packaged discreetly and protected against light and impact.
Shipping

- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Direct payments are launching soon; shipping options and rates will be finalized at checkout when it goes live.
Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive products once delivered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised seal, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or resolution.
