Frequently asked questions
Answers on purity verification, storage, shipping, accounts, and buying direct.
What does "research use only" mean?+
All Regenix products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, supplements, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any condition. Purchasers are responsible for handling materials in compliance with applicable laws and institutional guidelines.
How do I verify purity? What's a COA?+
Every peptide batch ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) showing purity percentage, lot number, and testing method (HPLC / MS). You can browse and download them on each product page or in the COA registry.
How should I store and reconstitute the peptides?+
Lyophilized peptides are shipped as a powder and are stable at room temperature for short transit windows. For long-term storage keep sealed vials frozen (-20°C). Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, then refrigerate (2–8°C) and use within your validated stability window. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and protect from light. See each product page for specific handling notes.
Do you include bacteriostatic water?+
Bacteriostatic water is sold separately as a 10 mL vial for reconstitution. Add it to your order alongside any lyophilized peptide.
Can I buy direct? How do payments work?+
Yes — create a free account to save your cart and check out directly from Regenix. Direct payments are launching soon; until then the cart holds your selection and we'll notify registered researchers the moment checkout goes live.
How do I create an account or reset my password?+
You can create an account with your email or with Google/Gmail sign-in, and reset your password anytime from the sign-in screen.
What's your shipping and return policy?+
See Shipping & Returns for packaging, transit, and our policy on research materials.
